yarn suggestions

Hi!

I have a few suggestion for Yarn:

- Support for quoted printable encoding

- When replying to a letter containing uuencoded file yarn should
automatically remove the uuencoded file from the reply before
editing just just like with mime coding.

- Support for subjects/from lines like: ?iso-8859-3?q?Re:_El_fizet=E9s_?=

- I have fogotten the fourth one ;)
