Yarn version 0.70 contained the cvt07 program which converted a version
0.6 news base to version 0.7. Yarn version 0.80 contained the cvt08
program which converted a version 0.7 news base to version 0.8. Yarn
version 0.89 is still available at http://www.vex.net/yarn/archive/, but I
don't have a copy of Yarn version 0.7x.
