Wish feature

I would like to use my favorite Win95 editor with Yarn. For plain ASCII
texts there's no problem. For ISO-8859-1 texts, Yarn should have an
option of disabling conversion to and from CP850, when editng messages,
because Win95 characters are ISO-8859-1.

Is it possible, Chin?
