I sent the documents out on mail.cap files quite a while ago.
msnef almost certainly isn't supported at all, that format came out
after work was finished on metamail unless metamial has been updated to
reflect
the new format. If so I've heard nothing about that.
pgp should be lots easier provided you can run it from dos.
I'll take a look at the documentation I have on this end if I can find
it and see if I can roll some entries for pgp. That information should
already
be available in the pgp-related newsgroups though.
