I used to do it at yarn startup via an insane rexx script... not
ideal, but what the heck. Now i just use Yarf -- which has it's own
set of foibles, but what the heck... (Yarf's on my web page, if you
haven't checked it out -- it gives a certain amount of control, but
it's not message-by-message control...).
