No. Maybe you can mark the article as unread with 'ins' every
single time ...

Better use 'O' and save the articles to a folder. If you type
'O' in the article selection screen, the entire thread will be
saved to a folder. You can read and respond to articles that
are saved that way.

You cannot subscribe to newsgroups from within Yarn. Yarn makes
no contact with your news server. When you subscribe to a new
newsgroup with UQWK or an on-line reader like TRN, Yarn will
spot the new group and create the group automatically on import.
You can also create the new newsgroup with the 'newgroup'
command at the prompt, but it will not subscribe you to that
group. All it does is add it to your internal 'active' file.
It has no external effect whatsoever.
