Not long ago I asked for support of headers containing texts like:
=?ISO-8859-2?Q?V=E1:_OS2-_1996_aprilis_uj_alaplap_cd_melleklet?=
and the support of quoted printable encoding.

OK, I am not just asking but I am willing to contibute to it. :)
Actiually, I can do the coding alone (in C). So, if Chin you agree
than I would love to implement (or help to implement it) into Yarn.
