I've had no problems downloading the file, but maybe that's because it's
my account. Also, I received an email and they did not mention any
problems. Hmmm... let me look into this some more.

WHY is currently available only at
http://www.mcs.net/~ddonati/why/why_100.exe.

I'd like to keep it here while it is in its early versions because it
may have to be updated frequently and I don't want to have to update a
lot of sites. Perhaps later I could put it on a ftp site somewhere.

I have done some limited testing of WHY with Yarn95 and did not see any
problems. I mainly use DOS Yarn (yarnx.exe). As for running WHY under
NT, I haven't a clue. WHY was not tested under NT, only 95. I don't
have access to an NT machine. If you can get WHY and try it out under
NT, let me know how it goes. (Just save all your open files before
running WHY :)
