Now I've gone and done it... used REBUILD.EXE at wrong time

I was getting some "Message not found" error messages and meant to do a
"mkhist" to fix it but did "rebuild -o" instead (using Yarn95 0.89). I
followed this gaff with the "mkhist".

Now all articles are marked as unread, and when I mark all articles as
read and then close and reopen Yarn, they are all marked as unread
again. How can I recover from this?
