Yep 1.6 and all these air-disasters

Well, it's now or never, maybe! Although I haven't touched it for
months, and it's virtually identical to the months and months old
beta, an "official" Yep 1.6 archive is now on the net.

Yep is an OS/2 editor "shell", for those who do not know.

Here is a few of the "new" (if we can call them that) enhancements since
version 1.5:

- definable filename/extensions for yep to process. This means
that it's easier to use YEP with mail/news readers other than
Yarn (though i don't know why you'd want to!). Yep has been
tested with MR2/ice, for example, and works great with it.

- those of you who use the "uuen" tag to uuencode files into
your messages maybe have experienced the frustration of
mis-spelling the filename and not noticing the file-not-found
error message as it flies by -- Yep now pauses and waits for
a keystroke when these sorts of errors happen so you can
be sure to notice them, and can go back and fix 'em.

- Block Processing, with user definable blocks -- allows
external filtering/processing of text in your messages.
This is most useful with PGP (or any other encryption)
allowing:
- PGP just part of your message
- PGP to multiple recipients easily (flexible command line)
- (the example configuration is show you how to set
it up so PGP encrypts everything to YOU as well as
the intended recipient so you can actually decrypt
your own messages if you need to... wooo).

- Yep now searches your %HOME%\yarn\ directory for a yep.cfg file
FIRST. If none is found there, then the directory yep.exe is
executed from is searched (as previous version did). This makes it
easier for multi-user systems to have individual yep config files.

- New tag: 0. Random number generator!

- New tag: g. Random characters! Why would anyone
want to do that? Who knows. But you can now!

- Also some tags have been given special precedence now. YEP
does not support nesting of tags, due to it's crappy parser.
However certain tags such as the random number generator
above have precedence and will be processed first so they
can be used inside other tags -- to import random filenames,
for example).

- Somewhat unintelligent, but better than nothing (?), support
to reflow those annoying messages quotes which would normally
extend beyond the specified right margin in your editor.

- numerous minor bug fixes, and some speed enhancements. Etc.
