I don't know whether this is a bug in Souper95 or just a
shortcoming but here it is:
Whenever I download newsgroups using souper -m and the connection
to my ISP drops out, import -u still automatically imports whatever
newsgroups that had been downloaded before dropping carrier.
However this is not the case with email. If I lose my ISP
connection during an email download using souper -n, nothing
happens. I am left with a file 000000.msg which I can do
nothing with. reconnecting just overwrites this file but there
seems no way to import it.
Why isn't email treated like newsgroups, why isn't an areas file
created that will allow an import of a partial email download.
Any suggestions.
Cheers
Mike
