filtering everything not TO: me?

I believe someone posted something about this a few months ago but then
I wasn't getting so much spam and I didn't save it :-(. I've noticed
that most spam has a fake TO: line. Question: is there a way of putting
an expression in Yarn's filter so that any TO: line that doesn't have
my name is rejected?
