One way is to use a version of uqwk that supports scoring.

An alternative is to use a newsreader like trn on the host to do nothing but
kill off the posts you don't want and then pack up the remainder with
standard uqwk. This takes a bit longer and uses more processor resources
(since headers get passed between the server and host twice), but can be
split in case you want to do something else while trn is killing things in
the background.
