It's easy (more or less) to do this with Yarf ... just set it to scan
for the address of the mailing list and then replace the 'from:' field
with the appropriate address.

However, it also depends how picky (and smart) the listserv is... some
are smart enough to have settings to see around fudged "from:" fields,
and some aren't. I hate those smart ones, sometimes. Them smart ones
are too smart for their own good sometimes-- (-:
