Yarn on multiple OS

Does anyone use Yarn on multiple machines and multiple operating
systems? If so, how do you have it set up and how do you keep the
two systems in sync?

I've got OS/2 running Yarn/2 on my home system, but my job requires
the use of a laptop running Win95. Since I spend a lot of time
travelling with that laptop, I was hoping to use it to keep up with
my news.

Suggestions? TIA.
