You might try Uudeview which can de/encode all files that are of
multi-file/multi-part/uuencode/xxencode/base64/BinHex type.
The uudeview homepage is at www.uni-frankfurt.de/~fp/uudeview/
but you won't find an OS/2 version there. The OS/2 version is called
UUDEVOS2.ZIP and can be found at hobbes etc.
