As far as I know the best you can do is pipe the message to
another program for easier reading.

You do this by pushing the pipe key | (the one that looks
a bit like a colin) and then a little window comes up. Their
you type something like

ezquote %f

assuming that "ezquote" is the name of the editor you want to
call. Yarn replaces %f with the name of the message you are
reading. When finished exit your editor and your back in Yarn
where you started.

I occassionally use this method but have found that people who
don't know how to format their text rarely write anything worth
reading.
