Nope, the Message-ID is the one field that is guaranteed to be unique
for each message on Usenet. There can be only one article with a
certain Message-ID. The Path header is modified by each server which
gets the article, and the Xref: header is inserted locally by the
server, so you can keep track of articles crossposted to other groups
by article number.
