Ooops! ;) You're right ( of course ;) That's what happens when
one tries to say too much too fast. First two are different for
different servers (or, should I say - usualy are). The first and the
third can be used to check if we already downloaded the message. Of
course the Message-Id field is the most "right" thing to use - as you
wrote it is expected to be unique.
