difficulty downloading yarf

I am a blind user of yarn and I spent over 1 hour trying to get
to the link on any of the bells and whistles pages for the yarf
program. I don't know if it was my browser, MSIE, but I kept
clicking on the yarf link but just kept getting a nice text
document to read but no link for the actual file to download.
The link called mots.htm was there but this was even more
frustrating as it only had a one page with no explanation of
where the files are located.

So I am asking for someone to please give me the direct URL to
the yarf program so I can download it directly and not have to
navigate the web pages.
