If you are using OS/2, use VSoup which allows specification of port
number in the command line. If you are still stuck with WinXX, look
for the 'services' file, which contains somewhere the lines

nntp 119/tcp
nntp 119/udp

Change both '119' to '120' and you are done. Of course now _all_ news
servers are expected on port #120, because this is a global change.
