Hi Hardy! Thanks for your earlier help. Did you ever get my emails I
sent to you? I was able to get vSoup to outbound my uucp news and mail.
One wierd problem I had was I have to replace the # ! rmail XXXX line
with # ! rnews 99999 in order to get vSoup to send it out. Otherwise,
vSoup would complain that that is was a "malformed" message. I haven't
tried inbound email yet. The news feed works great though.

R(> 2. kills articles older than 15 days (but thats a feature of the not

R(> 3. kills articles posted to more than 3 newsgroups (i.e. the
R(> newsgroups header contains more or equal 2 commas).

Do you have a quick list of changes you have made so far. I remember
grabbing the beta before but I didn't find any docs for it so I wasn't
sure how to proceed with it.

It would be nice if there was an option to try first to post directly to
the eMail recipient's domain rather than always going to your home smtp
server. KA9Q did that and it was pretty slick. It would default to the
"gateway" smtp server if it couldn't transfer the message for some
reason.

Couple of other things I need to do it figure out how to unbatch inbound
vSoup email and setup automatic processing. I receive inbound uuencoded
FTSC mail and use eMail attaches to move the mail.

I need to find a good command line ftp client to do scripted ftp
transfers. I'm still using DOS's KA9Q to do it now.
