I added a possibility of leaving the charset untouched while decoding
quoted-printable messages (if you want to send messages with this
encoding, you've got to have also a YES or a YEP installed in order
to add MIME headers automatically).
Still, because of my laziness, the only supported charset for
conversion (not even fully) is ISO-8859-2. However Yarn is said to
map ISO-8859-1, ISO-8859-2 and ISO-8859-8 to suitable IBM code pages.
