A new version of SOUPLK, a charset converter for SOUP files, is now
available at ftp://ftp.mimuw.edu.pl/pub/users/keplicz/piotr/souplk.zip

I added a possibility of leaving the charset untouched while decoding
quoted-printable messages (if you want to send messages with this
encoding, you've got to have also a YES or a YEP installed in order
to add MIME headers automatically).

Still, because of my laziness, the only supported charset for
conversion (not even fully) is ISO-8859-2. However Yarn is said to
map ISO-8859-1, ISO-8859-2 and ISO-8859-8 to suitable IBM code pages.
If this isn't enough, do not hesitate to contact me.

Also do email me, if you spot any bugs in this utility.

Here's a short description for Bob Rush: :-)
"Souplk is a charset converter for SOUP files. It can be helpful if
your offline reader doesn't support the charset specific to your language
or it doesn't understand "quoted-printable" text in MIME messages."
