Souper95 and "Can't open REPLIES"

I have been using vsoup and yarn for OS/2 for more than a year on my
home computer. Recently my company upgraded its system from DOS
workstations to Windows 95. Now I am using souper95 and yarn for
Windows 95 at home.

I have no trouble getting mail and newsgroups, and reading them with
yarn. My problem is that I cannot respond with yarn95. I compose the
response to mail (using EDIT) and then choose send. Reply.zip is
created, and when it is is unzipped it contains mail.msg.

To send the response I use the following commands

unzip reply.zip
souper95 -s

I get the error message cannot open REPLIES. Below are what I think are
the relevent parts of my config. I use the Info-Zip zip and unzip
programs. As I said, reply.zip is created in the proper subdirectory.
Any help wold be appreciated.

# SOUP reply packet containing outgoing messages
reply-packet=C:\DATA\UPLOAD\REPLY.ZIP

# compress program
compress=zip -kjm %f %d\*.*

# uncompress program
uncompress=unzip -o %f
