I am dizzy. What a week, or has it been two. Oh well! Or three?

Anyone else using Perl out there? If so you might be interested in
http://www.vex.net/~x/yarnperl.phtml

I've converted a couple of my yarn-related Rexx scripts to Perl...
more may come...

Perl is available for most platforms (certainly Dos, Win9xNT, OS2),
so these scripts should work on anything yarn runs on, theoretically.

So far is...

SoupPost.pl - adds text file to soup reply packet as email
T2Fold.pl - add text file to a Yarn folder

Long live the Command Line Interface! Text Mode forever!

(ps. those of you out there using 4DOS/4OS2 are aware that you can
add a SET .PL=C:\WHATEVER\PERL.EXE to your autoexec.bat and then
perl scripts will run just like an excutable from the command line?
If not, it's true!)

If interested in Perl try www.perl.com/perl for general info,
www.activeware.com for a win32 port, and the latest OS/2 (and
Dos32?) port can be found somewhere around here last i checked...
