IE 4.0 and Souper95

Since I installed the new Internet Explorer 4.0 on my system, the
automatic dial-up doesn't work anymore when I start souper95. Probably
because IE has updated some system files.

Does anyone know a solution? Could I reinstall the old dialup software,
or would this mess up everything? And if yes, which exactly files should
be changed?
