I have a DOS only 386 PC and use PPPSHARE (Klos Tech. PPP dialler) to
connect and log on to my ISP. I also now have a copy of YARN and
would like to know how to access newsgroups. I presume there must be
another intermediate software package required to do so. I use the
dialler mentioned above and Pegasus Mail to prepare and read email
and use a package called SMTPOP Version 1.1 as the software package
to send and receive email messages to my ISP.
Can anyone help with the setup required for newsgroups using YARN
and PPPSHARE and ?? or know of a guide already published somewhere on
the Internet?
I have used Free Agent for Windows on another machine which was
fairly straight forward to set up.
