Ouch... That, quite simply, sucks. I subscribe to Erols Pc and have yet to
run into any changes or limitations in any way. That's not to say that it'll
never happen, but what IBM.NET has done would be enough for me to shop else
where.

Nope. The only problem is that your isp needs more resources to support the
user load.

Absolutely. I would recommend that you automate your mail/newsgroup run and
have it execute during your rest time. Be sure to allow it to "get everything"
you desire to read and just live with it. Otherwise, complain like hell and
shop else where are your only other two options.

Exactly what I was thinking. Uhhmm why do you set a size limit on your mail
runs? I disable the limit and grab it all...

Shoot straight from the hip and tell 'em what you said here. They did nothing
to fix the problem by chopping the number of connects to two. You'll still
get what you want, just take a bit longer getting it. It would seem to me that
an isp would want the users to "get on and off" as quickly as possible. My
favorite line is... "you suck!"...

Hmmm sounds a lot like a line I remember form an old movie... "I'm mad as hell
and I'm not gonna' take it!"
