:}add the -T-1 switch to keep Vsoup working, it is still running so I
:}don't know the transfer rate at this time but boy oh boy is it slow.

Sorry to follow-up my own article. Talked with IBM and was directed
to use the server _news3.ibm.net_. Still no go and I cannot get the
-c50 Vsoup command to take so I cannot catch-up. More to follow.
