Convert german special characters

Hi there,

I've got a problem which might be discussed here some days or months ago.

I need to convert the german special characters to its replacements, this=
=20
should be done without help.

E.g. =E4 should be replaced by ae, =FC by ue, =DF by sz.

I'm running Yarn 0.92 (what else !? ;) and Yarf and Yep.

Is there a chance to do this with these tools ?
