How to dial-up/hang-up with Win95 from CommandLine?

BACKGROUND
Windows NT has RasDial which allows you to dialup an ISP,
to check whether you are connected, and to hang-up, all
from a command line. Example: to dial from a command line:
rasdial MyConnection loginID password

Windows95 lets you dial-up. Example, from a command line:
rundll rnaui,RnaDial MyConnection

HELP NEEDED
How can I check whether I am connected, and close down
the dialer under Windows 95 (from a command line)?

Anyone know of a program like the program GO (OS/2) which
allowed you to check running processes and to kill them?

WHY DO I NEED THESE?
I am finishing up a revision to my YarnDial program (Freebie
ReXX script) for automating Yarn and Souper/VSoup steps
for retrieving/sending mail and news. The revision
will allow it to be used under Windows 95 and NT. It
runs under classic and Object ReXX (under OS/2), and
IBM's Object ReXX (under W-95 and NT), except for the
dialer control.

Thanks in advance...
