VSoup seems to require two PM-DLLs (I assume, that the emx-DLLs era
doing this). Perhaps it's enough to put the corresponding (and a lot
of others because they are referencing other DLLs) into your path so
that VSoup is capable of finding them. Here is the output of 'map':

D:\B\32\VSOUP.EXE
D:\B\32\DLL\EMX.DLL
D:\B\32\DLL\EMXLIBCM.DLL
C:\OS2\DLL\DOSCALL1.DLL
C:\OS2\DLL\PMWIN.DLL
C:\OS2\DLL\PMSHAPI.DLL

If there is time, I'll check, why VSoup/emx is loadig those DLLs and
will try to prevent it.
