That's not a bug, but a slow video driver.

What we are talking about is this:

1. You enter a posting.

2. You scroll down one line using arrow_down (or whatever).

3. Rarely, the result is not only that the posting is scrolled down one
line, but also the headers are suddenly inserted at the top, although
they haven't been switched on. Pushing 'v' doesn't do anything, if I
remember correctly.
