yarn address book export

Hi,

I have used Yarn for reading of mail for a long time, and that means
that I have a rather big address book file in yarn. Now I have begun
to use a new system setup on an direct connection and running MS
Internet Mail for mail. Can I in anyway have my address book
from Yarn converted so it also can be used on this new system?
