How to display nordic chars?

How should OS/2 & OS/2 YARN v0.92 be setup so that nordic characters are
translated to yarn correctly. The Nordic chars are coded as =C5 for
capital A ring, =E5 for lowercase a ring. To elaborate, the characters
=C5 appear in the text. They are encoded this way by netscape on the
sending end. The equal sign appears to be an escape character and the C5
comes from the row & colume in the ANSI Windows codepage. The notes are
created on a Noewegian configured system. I have the CODEPAGE statement
in the config.sys as codepage=850,1004 with 850 active.
I have also included an charset=ISO-8859/1 statement in the YARN config
statement.
Thanks
krl
