I'd say that you're trying to import an empty packet - the output
that "import" gives is consistent with a packet that only has one file
with an empty mailbox. I don't know how you try to import the packet,
but check that the file you import actually exists [1] and that it's
not corrupted.

if exist \download\packet*.zip import \download\packet*.zip
