Filtering mailing lists

I'm trying to use yarn to filter the notes of some people from mailing
lists, and having a little trouble getting it working.

In the Yarn filter system I have, there is a category for blocking out
things from "From". But on the mail headers, there are two "From"s,
one from the list itself, and several lines down, one from the poster.

Any suggestions about which would be the best way to go about it?
