UKA_PPP was designed to work very well with YARN -- and it does.
But note that there is an alternative NNTP client which prefilters
news before downloading -- xc_news, available at the UKA FTP site
(xcnew110.zip).
If you also want to do FTP and Telnet via UKA_PPP, you may prefer
the Waterloo FTP and Conex terminal that were included in the
earlier UKA_PPP versions -- and are still available.
