That would still miss messages from users of the same ISP as you use.

I've decided to follow my own "Message-ID" suggestion, though. I move
all mail without my name in the headers, and not from a mailing list
I've suubscribed to, to a folder named SPAM. It still needs to be
checked occasionally, as it also moves any mail that had my address in
the Bcc field.
