Not that I've been aware of. The latest version has been
working for months without problems or erroneous behavior. As
far as I remember, 0.92 was released very shortly after 0.91 to
fix some problems that had arisen with that version.

As far as I know, they use the same news base lay-out, so no
problem there. But I've never had any reason to revert to 0.91.
And I haven't seen a '=20' in a long, long time. There's
nothing specific in my mailcap to handle QP, so I guess it's a
feature of 0.92 itself.
