Intermittent failures with Yes and yarn

I'm getting some pretty bizarre and intermittent failures when trying to
reply to articles and email with YES. Sometimes I have no problems
whatsoever. However sometimes I get this error.

Runtime error 200 at 0C61:0091

When this happens, I can sometimes "cure" it by deleting the *.snd files
in the $home\yarn directory. Most of the time this doesn't work, and I'm
inclined to believe it's coincidental.

If I try to use YES from the command line, I get the same error with
the article, message, and letter.snd files.

I'm at a loss.

Any suggestions?
