You might try jeroen scheerder's new uqwk version 2.05. At my suggestion,
his website recently included a few pre-compiled binaries, including
one for Linux I believe. I find the new version much better than the
old uqwk 1.8, and it my work on your Linux, if you have not tried it
before.
