Same home-directory for Yarn (OS/2 and NT) ?

Hello,

for a long time, I'm using Yarn and souper/vsoup with OS/2. Everything works
fine for more than three or four years.

Now I have to use WinNT also.

I've installed Yarn95 under NT, set the HOME-environment to the same
directory I used within OS/2, set the YARN-environment to the (OS/2-) Yarn
directory and the YARNRC variable to the directory, where the yarn95 files
are stored. In the yarn95-directory there is a specific config for NT.

Now everything works fine (reading), except import of new mail and creating
outgoing soup packets.

If I want to import new mail, import says:

F:\tcpip\home\stefansurf\in>import newmail.zip
import: Email
import: 0 articles accepted
While creating the out-file, yarn says that the creation of the out-packet
failed.

Here are the directories (equal under OS/2 and NT):

SET HOME=F:\TCPIP\HOME\stefansurf
SET YARN=F:\TCPIP\YARN
SET USER=stefan.behrens

Under NT I also set

YARNRC=F:\tcpip\yarn95\config

This is, where the NT config File is stored.

So, what's wrong here ?
Why does the import fail ?
Is there anybody who has an equal configuration ?
