using new pkzip25

I have converted over to using the new pkzip25 for win95 with my
yarn mail. this seems to work very good and a little faster..
and I think will allow long file names.

One nice thing is pkzip25 uses words for command line paramter
instead of remembering the single letters.

here is the new lines for yarn config.

# compress program
compress=pkzip25 -add -move %f %d\*.*

# uncompress program
uncompress=pkzip25 -ext -over=all %f %d
