VSoup does support this since 1.2.9.xxBeta (downloadable from my page).
One simply has to specify the two news servers for transmission for the
articles (e.g. news1 & news2). VSoup will try to transmit each article
to news1 first, if that succeeds it assumes ok, if it fails, it will
try news2. If that succeeds, article transmission will be assumed ok,
on failure an error will be generated and the MSG-file won't be
deleted.
