You could set up two users with separate config files. I have several
users set up with an icon for each. Clicking an icon runs a simple cmd
file to set the approriate LOGDIR.
If you are using Vsoup, you can set up the approriate newsrc location
for each provider. The simplest way of doing this seems to be to
change the HOME setting. Look at the Vsoup documentation.
