There is a freeware utility HLIST for DOS, less than 40K. It views HTML
files and can handle texts, quoted-printables, too.
If your mailcap looks like this, both problems should be eliminated:
multipart/mixed; hlist /Q %s
In case of a MIME message Yarn asks you to decode it. If you say yes, it
appears the following:
"This message contains 'multipart/mixed'-format data"
"Do you want to view it using the 'hlist' command (y/n [y])"
It works, at least for me...:-))
