Hmm, never seen before (which does not mean that it will not happen...).
Could you please check the Date:-header of your articles before the
actual transmission. Procedure is as follows:

enter Yarn
create an test article
leave Yarn
unzip your reply.zip file
check the news.msg file

Another try could be to set your TZ to something like:

TZ=MET-1MES,3,-1,0,7200,10,-1,0,10800,3600

(just for testing purposes).

If that works, another helpful person here could perhaps explain the
complete TZ syntax and how to setup it for NZ. Anybody from NZ!?
