Metamail doesn't decode text attachments

People often send me messages with text files mime-attached. When I
open these messages, yarn politely asks if I want to decode the message.
Hitting Y, however, does not yield the text version of the mime file, I
see the same jibberish as before. The other interesting thing is that
Metamail doesn't ask me if I want to display the file, save it, skip
it... Any ideas? Again, this only happens if the attachment is a text
file.
