Souper for win3.1?

I have been hearing tales of Souper for years and the wonders of its faster,
multithreading abilities. Presently, I use the new uqwk and I must admit
that it is slow in gathering news.

However, I understand that Souper is only available for OS2 and win9x. Many
of us like yarn, partly out of a general interest in not buying bloated
software like win9x, and sticking to DOS, and maybe win 3.1, or switching to
Linux perhaps.

In this spirit, what are the chances that Souper's author might port the
program to win3.1, which is the closest some of us DOS users want to get to
a MS windows product?
